From the nearest town of Poprad (airport, train and bus station) you can use
train (get on Tatras Electric Railway in direction of Tatranská Lomnica with transfer in Starý Smokovec and get off at Horný Smokovec)
bus (take the bus in direction of Tatranská Lomnica and get off at Horný Smokovec stop)

After getting off the bus or train, cross the road (towards the mountains), turn left and walk down the sidewalk. Villa Miramonti is the first building on your right.
